Alice laughed: "There's no use trying," she said; "one can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had much practice," said the Queen. "When I was younger, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast."
The Filament Theatre Ensemble, Chicago’s new theatre company for family audiences, presents the east-coast premiere of Six Impossible Things, an imaginative exploration of The Wizard of Oz, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, and Peter Pan. This interactive performance arrives at the Summer Theatre of New Canaan, CT in the summer of 2008.
Defy the limits of possibility with three of literature’s best-loved heroines in this new adaptation devised by the Filament Theatre Ensemble. Six Impossible Things follows the experiences of Dorothy, Alice, and Wendy on their journeys to fantastical lands and helps us understand that in order to fly all you have to do is “wiggle your shoulders and let go.”
